As a 57 year old woman, my challenge is to maintain a level of fitness and strength to allow me to do a very physical job. Working out with Jeremy at the fit camp classes has helped me do just that. He’s courteous, generous with his time, always reliable and very positive. These personal attributes coupled with his training skills I feel make him one of the best in his field. Bob Sisk St Charles, IL Over the last 20 years, I have had many fitness experiences that have included group classes, cardio and weights, and personal trainers. The results have been mediocre at best. I had finally blamed the lack of significant bodily improvement on my family genes. A few months ago, I decided to start one on one sessions with Jeremy (about 2 to 3 times a week). My only goal was to feel better about myself. Since then, I have broken through what I would consider "fitness barriers" that existed in my twenties and thirties. At 42, with two children (ages 5 and 6), I am seeing lines and contours that went into hiding after 7th grade gymnastics. I have dropped several sizes in trousers, and I feel younger than ever! More importantly, Jeremy has customized my workout to adapt to injuries obtained from poorly executed weight training over a decade ago. The overall "core" focus has also improved aches and pains from years of bad ergonomic workplace posture and repetitive movements. Jeremy's focus on skeletal well-being, along with muscular health is all part of a thoughtful and individualized exercise program that is constantly changing and evolving. I consider myself extremely lucky to have found Jeremy. He operates at the same professional caliber of someone who I would imagine as "trainer to the stars or sports elite". I have never experienced aches or soreness post--workout due to the thorough stretching that Jeremy incorporates into his routines. Mary Michaels Wheaton, IL When I decided that I wanted to improve my physical fitness, I had an idea of what I wanted, but lacked the knowledge of how to achieve it. I was going on a ski trip, but realized that I was not physically prepared for the trip. My main concern was that I would injure myself. That is when I decided to hire a personal trainer. I worked out with Jeremy for only a few sessions (3-4 times per week for one month) and within those sessions, the strength of my legs improved tremendously. I am pleased to say that I was in great shape for my trip and was able to ski without injury. I took some time off from my work out sessions, but felt the need to go back in early fall. I started working out with Jeremy again and in 3 months, I improved my physical fitness even more. Jeremy educated me on the importance of nutrition and physical fitness. He taught me a variety of simple, but challenging exercises. My body fat count has improved over 3% and every month I see more and more results and feel much better about myself, both physically and mentally. Since I started exercising, I have had no problems sleeping. My back aches, headaches, and fatigue, have all been alleviated. I am confident to enter the gym on my own, and now, people are asking me how to do certain exercises. The physical fitness that I have achieved and the improvements that I have made in my diet have made a huge, positive impact on my life.
